school with 5 GCSEs at grades C and above and the number of young
people on income support is well above the national average.
Rates of violent crime, burglary, car theft, and stealing from
cars are all significantly higher than average in Blackpool and
the North West region uses Anti Social Behaviour Orders more
than any other region in England.
