About the project...
In February 2004, young people from two Barnardo's services; Blackburn Family Action, and the Blackpool Project came together with staff from the Policy and Research team to try something a little bit different... ...a campaign about youth crime led by young people's own views and experiences. The result?
Using photographs, music, words and stories produced by young people, this website demonstrates why young people get into trouble and what young people would like to see change.
'We want everyone to think about why young people like us get involved in crime and start working together to make things change for the better'
